The angler that finishes the Wednesday night series with the most accumulated points will win the first annual Suskie Bassmaster Angler of the Year Award. One dollar of each anglers entrance fee for each week will go to the cash award. Based on 2009 participation it would be $648.00
CHANGE IN BIG
BASS POOL. Biggest bass weighed in for the season on the
Wednesday Night Series. A one time $5 entrance fee is charged
at the first tournament that you fish. This is a 100% payback
pool. This change was voted on by members at the Feb 1
meeting.
Small Bass Pool. This is an
optional weekly pool. The smallest bass weighed in each week
wins the pot for the week. $5 per angler. 2009 small bass
pools averaged approx. $125 per week.
The SECOND annual Fishing For Wishes OPEN has been set for Saturday September 4th. Check back for more details.

New Boat Launch Coming to West Pittston
The PA Fish & Boat Commission approved a $150k grant to the North Branch Land Trust to purchase a 22 acre parcel of land along the Susquehanna River near West Pittston. A public boat launch will be built within 5 years.
New Boat Launch Coming to Shickshinny.
The PA Fish & Boat Commission approved a $97k dollar grant to Shickshinny Boro to construct a one lane concrete boat ramp, gravel parking area and gravel access road at the April Commissioner Meetings
